Beware of attendee list scams - we never sell your personal data

It has been brought to our attention that solicitation messages have been circulating from third parties claiming to sell The VSA convention attendee lists.
We want to be incredibly clear: The VSA does not sell your personal information, nor do we ever sell or publish our event attendee lists.

How to Stay Safe
These emails are a common "directory scam" or phishing attempt. Please keep the following in mind to protect your data:

  • Verify the Sender: All official communication regarding VSA events and memberships will come directly from our team at info@vsaweb.org.
  • Do Not Engage: If you receive an email from any other domain claiming to have our data, do not click any links or download attachments.
  • Report It: If you receive a suspicious message, please take a screenshot and send it to us at info@vsaweb.org. This helps us track these scams and warn the rest of our community.

Thank you for staying vigilant and for your continued support of The VSA.
